I am an associate professor of Osaka School of International Public Policy (OSIPP) in Osaka University.

I am studying the role of human resource and organization in an aggregate economy. 
In particular,  my research interests span entrepreneurship, organization, economic development and social mobility.

I am currently conducting a research project:  Economic Analysis of Human Resource Allocation. 
It investigates how the allocation of human resource inside and across firms influences
1) aggregate productivity and firm performance and
2) hirarchical structure in a society?
